You can follow the story of the Everest expedition and of Sean’s last five weeks by reading the daily diary. From the time they arrived in Kathmandu to the time the hikers left Base Camp, Terry Kell reported daily on their progress and his experiences in this wonderful exotic landscape. Once Terry and the other hikers left Base Camp, Harold Mah took over the diary and reported daily as he and Sean started to climb and acclimatize on their route up Mount Everest. He reported on the tragedy that befell the expedition and the ongoing trauma as he came to understand Sean’s death. It’s a dramatic diary of events on the other side of the world as two men come to terms with their grief and help others around them.
